REFUND POLICY

In the event of cancelation, Renter and UNH agree that a thirty (30) day written notice is required to terminate the venue rental. Renter shall provide UNH with written notice of their intent to terminate the venue rental at least 30 days prior to the intended event date. Upon receipt of such notice, UNH shall refund any deposit in full. If notice of Renter’s intent to terminate the venue rental is received less than 30 days prior to the intended event UNH shall keep all payment and/or deposit.
